To create the Polar Grid, the first thing you need to do is to click the Polar Grid Tool in the toolbar.

Then, it will display the Polar Grid Tool Options dialog box. You can set the Default Size, Concentric Dividers, and Radial Dividers. Finally, click the Ok button to apply the settings.
