Step 1

To work with Shear Tool, the first thing you need to do is to click the Shear Tool in the toolbar.

Next, you need to double click the tool. It will then display the Shear dialog box. Later, you ought to enter the number in the Shear Angle text box. In the Axis panel, select the Horizontal, Vertical, and Angle three options. Click Ok button to apply the settings.

Now, drag the object to shear by using the object's center point as the point of origin.
