Step 1

To work with Bar Graph Tool, the first thing you need to do is to click the Bar Graph Tool in the toolbar.

It will display the Graph Type dialog box and then you have to select the Graph Options in the list box. Select the style in the Style panel and select the options in the Option panel. After that, click the Ok button to apply the settings.

Now, you need to drag diagonally from the corner to where you want the graph to begin to the opposite corner. Hold down the Alt key to drag it from the center of the graph. Finally, enter the data.
