Step 1

To work with Column Graph Tool, the first thing you need to do is to click the Column Graph Tool in the toolbar.

After that, it will display the Graph Type dialog box and you need to select the Graph Options in the list box. Later, you need to select the style in the Style panel and you need to select the options in the Option panel. Now, click the Ok button to apply the settings.

Step 3

Drag diagonally from the corner where you want the graph to begin to the opposite corner. Hold down the Alt key to drag from the center of the graph and after that, enter the data.
