Step 1

To work with Wrinkle Tool, the first thing you need to do is to click the Wrinkle Tool in the toolbar.

Next, it will display the Wrinkle Tool Options dialog box. You can enter the number in the Width, Height, Angle, and Intensity list box. In the Wrinkle Options panel, enter number in the Horizontal, Vertical, and Complexity list box. After that, adjust the Detail slider bar and click the Ok button to apply the settings.

Now, you need to add random arc and spike-shaped details to the outline of an object.
